Region Rally 2007 at Glenreagh

On the weekend of 18^th, 19^th and 20^th May 2007 six of our Scouts attended the Regional  Rally 2007 at Glenreagh. There they were able to glide through the trees and sky on the Flying Fox and use their skills demonstrating leadership and teamwork in Base activities.

They were scored on their competency skills and assessed while doing many Base activities.

Amanda Brooker, Bruce Budden, William Budden and Cooper Hale are here using their knot and teamwork skills to complete this base activity, while Reece Balkin and Regan Hale supervise.

Reece Balkin, Bruce Budden and Regan Hale begin the task of retrieving a bucket of water, using only tyres and planks of water, without touching the ground to complete this base activity.

The rest of the team, William Budden, Cooper Hale and Amanda Brooker are here with the others. Hang on William!  The whole team worked hard to get that bucket of water.

‘Now this is what we need to do everybody,’ calls Cooper. Lots of fun was had for the kids.
