1st Ballina Scouts

85th Anniversary

Sunday the 20th July 2007 saw us celebrating 85 years of Scouting in Ballina. Our official birth date is Anzac day, however we decided to wait to celebrate such a wonderful occasion .

With much help from Leaders, parents, and from the Baden Powell Guild, we are pleased to report that the day was a complete success, and the weather couldn't have been better. We would like to thank all of those who attended, including so many leaders from days gone by, with so many fantastic story's and many wise words for the current group, and as you will see from the photos below, if you were not there then you missed a great great day in the history of Ballina Scout Group.
